The projects required careful planning, engagement with stakeholders both internal and external and co-ordination of multiple processes to meet tight delivery schedules. Barbara’s enthusiasm and energy ensured that she mobilised quickly, navigated what is a complex organisation with ease and planned what needed to be done. Barbara worked easily and effectively at every level in the organisation, performing tasks such as project planning, monitoring and project reporting.
Barbara worked with the team leader and his key staff to implement new management process and to mentor and coach the team in the use of project management techniques. The project resulted in substantial changes to the way the team worked. Barbara worked very effectively with the team, guiding the change and intervening as and when needed. Barbara’s sensitive style was pivotal to the success of embedding changed ways and styles of working.
